Meet The Team


Cheryl Carpenter Martin
 - Licensed Team Leader & Listing Specialist

I am a Stillwater native, and graduate of both Stillwater High School and Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s in Education. I am loyal and dedicated to both schools and to the Stillwater community.

My father Jerry Carpenter, who started a real estate and construction company in the mid 90’s, inspired my entry into real estate as a career. My motivation to continue the family tradition is coupled with my passion of working with people. I want my customers to know I will draw from all my professional ability to ensure your real estate transaction is an enjoyable and satisfying experience. 

I have been in the sales industry since 1983. People often describe me as energetic, hard-working and 100% dedicated to complete any task I set my mind to accomplishing with professionalism and pride.  I work hard to provide my clients with the most positive real estate experience possible. A vital part of today's real estate industry is technology, and to that end I provide my clients with state-of-the art web tools and marketing. It's just one of the many things that has made me one of the most respected real estate agents in the community!

Kristin Dondlinger – Buyer Specialist

Kristin is the Licensed Buyer Specialist for the Stillwater Home Team at RE/MAX Signature. Her over 20 years of experience in sales, client service support, and financial investment industry has lead her to become the newest member of the Stillwater Home Team.
Kristin works closely with the team to make sure all of the buyers receive the very best service possible. After growing up in St. Paul, Minnesota, Kristin earned a BS degree in business from the University of Colorado, Boulder. After working in Boulder for a few years, she met her husband. Their life has taken them to Dallas, Boise, Tampa, and now Stillwater. Buying and selling numerous homes along the way and the knowledge of the process helped her to easily make the transition into real estate. Since relocating to Stillwater in 2014,
Kristin has received her Oklahoma Real Estate license. She, her husband, and their two sons, Jarod and Conner live in the NE part of Stillwater with their two golden retrievers. In her spare time she enjoys skiing and spending time with her family and dogs, but most importantly, she loves cheering on her sons on the baseball field.



Amanda Meberg
- Transaction Coordinator/ Photographer/Home Stager/ Property Manager

I am a licensed Transaction Coordinator at Re/Max Signature, a full service real estate company specializing in all aspects of the real estate process, and exclusive team member of Stillwater Home Team. Using my intricate knowledge of the buying and selling process ant my keen organizational skills, I work closely with the Stillwater Home Team agents to facilitate a smooth process. My role is to assist sales practitioners by closely monitoring each stage of the deal, from the signed contract to the closing table. I facilitate the all-important phase of going under contract and undergoing home inspections, appraisals, financing and repairs.  I work with escrow, title, closing attorneys, loan officers, all agents involved, the clients, home warranty, and whomever else is involved in the transaction to ensure a smooth closing. I am the detail guru that ensures a speedy and accurate real estate process and keeps clients happy and relaxed.

My responsibilities also include preparing rental units for advertising and showings, along with processing rental applications and preparing leasing documents. In addition, I provide our listing professionals with photography and staging services, as well as supporting all departments regarding administrative tasks.

I reside in Stillwater, OK with my husband, Ryan, and my three daughters – Arika, Lauren and Rylee.  We live on the outskirts of town and have a small zoo of animals.  I enjoy travel, photography, and spending time with family and friends.

Sandie McKnight – Marketing Director/Office Manager

Meet Sandie, the Marketing Director/Office Manager for the Stillwater Home Team. Sandie is responsible for social media, advertising, and basically anything behind the scenes. Prior to joining the team, Sandie worked in sales for almost 10 years. Her experience with working in sales has helped her to adapt to the face paced lifestyle of real estate. Sandie’s greatest strengths are her creativity, drive and leadership. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach.

Sandie has lived in the area her entire life, and she loves the atmosphere that Stillwater provides. She married her husband in 2009, and they have two wonderful children. They are members of Mehan Union Church, and proud supporters of the Ripley Warriors! Her family stays really busy with both their children being involved in multiple sport activities, and her husband being the youth pastor at their church.
